Recently, Bieber has earned himself the label of being ‘creepy’ after commenting underneath Greenblatt’s Instagram post. This is due to her age difference as she is 14 years younger than him.
Greenblatt, who is 17 years old, recently shared a series of pictures from the set of the Fear Street: Prom Queen premiere on social media platforms last night. In this film, she portrays the character named Christy Renault.
Her rotation featured images of her striking poses in a black sequined minidress along with the comment: ‘fear street: prom queen is available now on Netflix!!!’

Enthusiasts of the young celebrity wasted no time in flooding her with praise; however, a single remark stood out from all the rest.
‘I adore youuuuuuuuu,’ Bieber commented, which Greenblatt ‘liked’.
It seems they’ve been acquainted for some time now, as fan accounts on X have revealed that he began following her back in November 2023.
It was during this period that Greenblatt posed for Rhode, Hailey’s skincare line, and posted images from the photo session on Instagram.
Nevertheless, this has not prevented individuals from viewing JB’s recent remark as rather disturbing, suggesting he might be attempting to ‘hit on’ the young person.
When the discussion shifted to aRedditthread with countlesscomments, users brought up toBieberthatGreenblattis ‘a minor’.
‘He is an adult, but she is underage,’ said @JazzyG17.
They mentioned that Greenblatt looks very much like Selena Gomez, which makes his comments directed at her seem even more unusual.

At the same time, another Redditor using the handle @throwaway042357 commented: “It’s never acceptable for a 31-year-old man to make such remarks on a 17-year-old girl’s profile.”

On the flip side, several supporters came forward to defend Bieber. With @truestorygrande posting on X, suggesting that Bieber appeared to be expressing his affection for Greenblatt’s latest work. They added: “I’ve totally done something similar when commenting under an actor’s photo before; I’m younger than them and even married… yet my spouse doesn’t get upset about it at all? Haha, definitely not!”

Bieber hasn’t responded to the criticism he received, yet he has been seen looking cheerful at several public events throughout the week, even though he has encountered significant online backlash multiple times before.

His remark swiftly garnered thousands of likes; however, numerous people wondered why Bieber wanted to keep publicly associating himself with the controversial R&B artist.
