Legend mentioned, “We enjoy being here immensely. Both Chrissy and the children find great pleasure in this place. Our most recent Christmas was celebrated here, and we also spent another one or two Christmases here before.”

We enjoy being in cooler locations. We dislike being in warmer areas.

For Christmas, it’s too warm and sunny; both of us have spent our lives in cooler climates, so this warmth just doesn’t capture the essence of Christmas for us.”

When questioned regarding the potential of permanent relocation, the artist behind “All of Me” stated affirmatively: “Absolutely, yes. Especially nowadays. We often discuss the idea of potentially settling down in either New York or London.”

These are two urban areas that we would seriously contemplate as potential places to reside. Both cities offer great opportunities for leisurely strolls, which we thoroughly enjoy. Each one has its own charm, and Chrissy and I seem to flourish in such settings, making these locations worth serious consideration.

Following his discussion about possibly moving to New York due to his family’s traumatic encounter with the severe wildfires in Los Angeles earlier this year, Legend offered his thoughts.

The Eaton and Palisades fires, ignited on January 7, resulted in the destruction of almost 17,000 buildings and led to at least 29 fatalities.

The 46-year-old and Teigen, who is 39, were among the notable residents compelled to evacuate their Beverly Hills residence. They sought refuge in an upscale hotel along with their four children.

Luckily, their $17.5 million house escaped the fire.

Nonetheless, the artist, starting their Get Lifted — 20th Anniversary Tour at London’s O2 venue on June 1st, confessed that the wildfires along with the ensuing “shared distress” in the region led them to seriously contemplate relocating from Los Angeles.

In February, Legend stated: “Chrissy and I have often thought about coming back to New York, a place where we previously resided. We likely will do so after our younger children mature somewhat.”

The pair, parents to Luna aged 8, Miles aged 6, along with the twin girls Wren and Esti at age 1, pondered over the increasing occurrence of natural calamities and how these events have altered their perspective. “Each time nature demonstrates its fury, we question whether it’s best for us to move back east,” Legend mentioned, leaving uncertainty implied.
