3. Manager -managing vulnerabilities and providing investigative support
The jobholder will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to effectively manage technical vulnerabilities in the authority’s business systems and IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A prospective applicant needs to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Technology.
- A minimum of five years’ experience, including at least two years serving as an assistant manager.
4. Deputy Manager – overseeing projects for large & medium-sized taxpayers (LMT) as well as micro & small-scale taxpayers (MST)
The person will oversee the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of projects designed to enhance taxpayer engagement.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- Four years of pertinent professional experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
5. Assistant manager, service desk
The jobholder shall be responsible for managing shared services, central planning and ensuring service request fulfilment.

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information and communication technology (ICT), business informatics, computer forensics, or intelligence management.
