He obtained his MBBS from the University of Lagos and later acquired a Master’s in Public Health from LASU. At present, he is enrolled in a Ph.D. program focused on Public Health with an emphasis on Health Policy and Management.

Dr. Iziaq Salako is a qualified colposcopist and sonologist, as well as a public health doctor, healthcare advocate, political figure, public analyst, community organizer, author, and radio host.

Dr. Salako had a distinguished medical journey across multiple facilities such as the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Onitsha General Hospital in Ebonyi State, St. Raphael Hospital in Lagos, Mucas Hospital also in Lagos, and the Lagos State Health Service Commission.
