has addressed accusations made by a widow and her daughter in a widely shared video, stating that they wrongfully seized control of property that belonged to their late husband and father.
Ozokwor stated in an Instagram post that she acquired the property lawfully in 2010. She emphasized that the transaction was fully supported by the widow, whom she claims reached out to her agent to locate a purchaser for the property.
That over ten years following the initial deal, in 2023, the same woman tried to sell portions of the property once more without informing her. After becoming aware of this, Ozokwor protected the land by putting up fences around it, an action she thinks sparked the online criticism.
Afterward, the mother and daughter took to the internet to accuse Ozokwor of trespassing on their inheritance. The seasoned actress has firmly refuted these allegations, dismissing them as ” blackmail, deceit, and ill will.”

In 2010 — which was 15 years ago — I purchased a plot of land. The owner of this land knew about the transaction. Actually, she reached out to my representative to assist her in locating a potential purchaser.
A few years ago, after 14 long years, the former owner thought it would be wise to sell off a portion of my property without informing me. Upon learning about this, I gathered the necessary details and secured my land with fencing.
The next moment, I see the proprietor and her child expressing distress and blame on social media, claiming that I have taken the sole property which was bequeathed by their spouse and dad.
This constitutes blackmail, deception, and malevolent behavior. It astonishes me how they can blatantly fabricate lies and denounce me for their personal gain. They are leveraging my reputation to garner attention and solicit sympathy from others. I observe that their scheme is succeeding as certain individuals are contributing funds to them and resorting to derogatory insults against me.
Since social media platforms aren’t courts of law, I am taking legal action to clear my reputation as it has taken years to establish and serves as my main source of income. The opportunities I might have pursued are countless, yet I decided to allow the justice system to address this matter.
